Turtle Silicone Valve Factory is part of the Turtle Silicone Group, whose journey began in 2012 in Portugal, one of Europe’s most recognized clusters for injection mould manufacturing.
From an early stage, the Group developed strong expertise in mould design and injection technologies, built on more than 60 years of accumulated know-how from previous generations. This foundation enabled solid and sustainable growth, driven by innovation and a continuous pursuit of excellence.
Following the expansion of the Group’s capabilities, Turtle Silicone Valve Factory was established in 2023 as a dedicated production unit focused on silicone valve solutions.
Operating from a 720 m² facility, including 300 m² of ISO Class 7 certified cleanroom, we rely on advanced technologies and high-end European equipment to ensure precision and consistency across all production processes.
Our manufacturing capacity ranges from 100 to 200 million valves per year, including integrated slit-cut operations.
With a vertically integrated approach and strong technical expertise, we are positioned to deliver both standard and customized solutions with high efficiency and quality.
